How much does myblueboard cost?
myblueboard is $400 per year for full access to all features—that’s just a little over a dollar a day.
There are no hidden fees or upgrade tiers. You get every tool included, plus industry-low processing fees of only 4.5%, so more of your fundraising dollars stay where they belong—with your group.
It’s an affordable way to run all your fundraisers and keep everything organized in one place.
Who do you use for payment processing?
myblueboard uses PayPal for secure and reliable payment processing.
All funds go directly into your own PayPal account for fast access and full control.
Are there hidden fees beyond the platform’s service fees?
No hidden fees—ever!
Your only cost is the annual subscription, plus industry-low payment processing fees of 4.5%. You can choose to pass some or all of those processing fees on to your purchasers if you’d like.
Everything is upfront and transparent so you can fundraise with confidence.
Can we pass transaction fees to our supporters instead of paying them ourselves?
Yes! You can choose to pass along any portion of the processing fees to your supporters.
Do you offer live support if we get stuck?
Yes! We’re known for our friendly, responsive support. If you ever need help, our team is available to assist you live and make sure you’re never left on your own.
Do you have tutorials or training sessions for new users?
Yes! You can schedule a training session with one of our team members for personalized help. We also offer step-by-step guides with images and videos to help you get started and make the most of all our features. Plus, we’re always adding new resources to our library.
Can we collect required waivers or forms from participants through your platform?
Yes! You can upload required waivers to your file library or create custom forms to share with participants, making it easy to collect all the information and documents you need.
Can we integrate your platform with our existing website or social media pages?
While we don’t offer technical integrations like embedded widgets, you can easily share links to your shop on your website or social media pages, making it simple for your supporters to find and shop.
Do you work with schools and districts that require purchase orders?
If your school or district needs to use a PO to set up an account, please email jamie@myblueboard.com, and we’ll be happy to help!
Is the mobile app free?
Yes! Our mobile app is completely free for all members of your group, team, or program to download and use when you purchase an annual subscription to myblueboard.
Can I send text notifications and emails with mybb?
You can send instant, text-style push notifications through the mybb mobile app, either to individuals or entire groups. You can also send emails to anyone in mybb. All messages appear in users’ dashboards, making it easy to stay connected.
How secure is myblueboard?
myblueboard was built with the highest standards of security in mind. We use industry-leading cloud architecture (AWS) to ensure the highest reliability, resiliency, and security. We do not sell or mine data in any way. myblueboard complies with all state regulations and ensures the highest levels of encryption on data in transit.
What are the benefits of sending emails through myblueboard?
myblueboard offers detailed email tracking, so you’ll know if messages were sent, opened, rejected, or marked as spam. You can email individuals or entire groups, like boosters, volunteers, or pit crew. When you email a student, parents are automatically CC’d for better communication. It’s an easy way to keep everyone informed and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Can local businesses sponsor us through our shop?
Absolutely! Local business sponsorships are a popular and effective way to raise funds, especially around major events, games, or concerts.

Do our supporters need to create an account to pay or donate?
No! Supporters do not need an account to make a purchase or donation. You can choose whether each product listing or donation page is public or private. Any public listing or donation can be accessed and completed by anyone without requiring them to sign up or log in.

Yes! We’re here to help you succeed. myblueboard offers plenty of fundraising ideas and examples to get you started, and we’re continually expanding our resource library to bring you fresh inspiration and helpful tools.

Yes! Myblueboard is fully mobile-friendly, so you can easily access your account and manage your fundraisers from any device.
Supporters can also purchase anything from your shop or make donations right from their phones. Plus, we offer a complimentary mobile app for even more convenience, including the ability to send text notifications to keep your group and supporters in the loop.

Yes! If you set a listing to private, only students, parents, and staff will be able to see your fundraising shop. This helps you keep certain fundraisers exclusive to your group.
Can we create QR codes for our campaigns?
Yes! You can easily create QR codes by copying links to your shop homepage, specific category pages, or individual product or donation listings and pasting them into any free QR code generator online. While we don’t offer a built-in QR code tool, using these free tools makes it quick and convenient to share your campaigns.
How can I track purchases and donations made in the shop?
Using your dashboard, you can view detailed records of all purchases and donations made in your shop. You can filter and search transactions, and export your data in multiple formats for easy reporting and record-keeping.
Do supporters receive receipts?
Yes! Supporters automatically receive emailed receipts for all purchases and donations made through your shop.
Purchasers will receive receipts from myblueboard and PayPal. Purchasers can also reviet their confirmation page at any time.
Can we track cash and check payments alongside online payments?
Yes! You can manually enter and track cash and check payments and donations in your dashboard, so all your records stay organized in one place.
Are donations tax-deductible?
Donations may be tax deductible if your organization is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit or other qualified charitable organization. We recommend confirming your group’s tax-exempt status and providing donors with any required tax receipts. If you’re not sure whether your donations qualify, please consult a tax professional or your organization’s treasurer.
Do we collect student fees in myShop?
While you can collect fees through myShop, we recommend collecting fees through our Fee Feature. This allows us to assign fees to groups, subgroups (such as sections). Assigning fees using our Fees feature, you can split fees multiple times into multiple values, and you can even allow parents to split their own fees and unsplit. We give you the control to do everything you need to do. When reviewing transactions or assigned fees we also have the option to combine them so you can see them all in one view, such as Disney Trip payments that are split over seveeral months, marching band feees vs. indoor guard / drumline fees.
Can individual student accounts track funds raised for each student?
Yes! Supporters can enter a student’s name during a purchase or donation. You can then apply credits to student accounts and track how much each student has raised through your dashboard.
What is a pop-up shop or holiday gift shop in myblueboard?
A pop-up shop or holiday gift shop in myblueboard is a temporary online storefront view where you can sell themed products for special occasions—like holidays, Valentine’s Day, or end-of-year events. You can feature items such as candles, ornaments, treats, apparel, or anything you choose. It’s an easy way to boost fundraising, keep your offerings fresh, and engage your community with limited-time sales.
