Global Payments

Our Global Payments feature allows you to enter multiple payments in a single entry.

  • Left Sidebar > Financials > Payment Entry (Image 1)
  • Enter multiple payments for a fee in one view (Image 2). 
  • This feature is great for accepting partial payments. The Fee will split if a partial payment is applied. For example, if you enter a partial payment of $100 toward a fee of $300, the Fee will show as split on the student's statement. It will split the fee into two fees: the payment amount of $100 (shown as paid), and another fee for the remaining balance of $200, shown as unpaid.
  • If you do not enter a date, the current date will be the default.

Entering Global Payments

  • Select a Fee from the dropdown.
  • Enter amounts without the $ sign. (ex: 20 or 20.00)
  • Select a payment method from the dropdown.
  • Enter a note (optional).
  • Enter the date the payment was received/paid (optional).
  • Save your entries.
